Pryde’s EasiFeed Event Sponsorship - Terms & Conditions
Definitions and abbreviations
“Event organiser” is the person’s name that has been used in the contact information event submission request.
“Event title” is the name of the event used in the basic information event submission request.
“Start time” is the start date and time used in the basic information event submission request.
“End time” is the end date and time used in the basic information event submission request.
“Terms and conditions of sponsorship” is the benefit that were agreed to as per the event agreement.
Sponsorship and duration of sponsorship
This agreement between Pryde’s EasiFeed and the “event title” will commence from the “start time” and “end time” specified in the initial event request. The allocated event organiser of “event title” must adhere to the terms and conditions that were agreed to in the initial event request.
Future sponsorship
Future involvement of event sponsorship between Pryde’s EasiFeed and “event title” or “event organiser” will be at the discretion of Pryde’s EasiFeed. The completion of what was agreed to in the “terms and conditions of sponsorship” will influence this decision from Pryde’s EasiFeed.
Payment and product for sponsorship
For any payment or monetary value that was agreed to by Pryde’s EasiFeed, a tax invoice must be received for any payment to be processed.
Terms and conditions of sponsorship
This agreement highlights the benefits Pryde’s EasiFeed will receive for the sponsorship of “event title”. What was agreed to must be complete no later than 2 weeks after “end time” of “event title”, which might include:
Pryde’s being the sole feed sponsor
Trade stand at event
Pryde’s logo on website
Pryde’s logo on social media page (i.e. Facebook)
Display signage at event
Report back with photos and recap of the event
Rider contact information in exchange of the bags of feed given out for nutritional follow up
Breach of sponsorship
Failure to complete what was agreed to in the “terms and conditions of sponsorship” will jeopardise future involvement of Pryde’s EasiFeed with “event title” and/or “event organiser”.
