Started riding at the age of 10 years in Pony Club
Evented until my early 20's
Travelled overseas and completed my BHSAI.
Currently compete in Dressage & Coach riders of all levels.
Special highlight(s) in your riding career:
Winning at state and national level in Dressage & Eventing
Training numerous horses to FEI Level Dressage
What are your ambitions?
To continue to improve my riding & develop my coaching skills and be involved in the development
of riders at all levels of dressage.
Have you trained or coached any riders who have had success?
My daughter Victoria Welch and a fantastic group of other riders that cover a wide spectrum of
riders competing within the sport of Dressage.
Special care and management considerations of your horse(s):
Treating each horse as an individual and making sure each horse is happy. Our team tries to ensure
that our training is developed on a holistic approach that keeps all horses happy and willing to
perform.

EasiSport - Great for the horse that gets a little fat but maintains the energy levels required.
EnergyPak - We use this 4 days leading into competitions to give our team an energy boost
EasiRide - Good for horses that are good doers & horses that we have spelling and resting.
Easi Feed for Old timers - We use this to keep our retired horses in top condition.
BioMare Cubes - Excellent for Broodmares and yearlings
EasiOil - Used to top up the energy levels of our competition team and to keep the condition on
some of our older horses.
Polished - We use this Pryde's product t as a coat and hoof conditioner for our team.
